2025 Race Highlights: Men’s Tour de France

The 2025 Tour de France is shaping up to be one of the most fiercely contested in years:

  • Jonas Vingegaard (Denmark): Two-time winner, aiming to reclaim the crown
  • Tadej Pogačar (Slovenia): Defending Giro and Tour champion, 2024 World Champion, dominant in the Spring Classics
  • Remco Evenepoel (Belgium): A major threat, especially with two individual time trials, despite recovering from injury
  • Ben O’Connor (Australia): Leading the GC hopes for Australia after 2nd place at the 2024 Vuelta a España
All eyes will be on the lead combatants, but there will be plenty of other highlights along the way.

2025 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift

Now in its fourth year, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is the biggest race in the women’s calendar. The nine-day event in 2025 offers the most challenging route yet:

  • Distance: 1,165 km
  • Elevation gain: 17,240 m
  • Route: Across four French regions, from Brittany to Châtel Les Portes du Soleil
  • Climbs: Col de la Madeleine, Col de Joux Plane
  • Grand Finale: High-mountain showdown

Dutch superstar Demi Vollering, narrowly defeated by Kasia Niewiadoma in 2024 by just four seconds (the narrowest margin in Tour history), returns as the favourite.

With 9 stages to be raced this year, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift promises to be an absolute thriller.
